Speed shops

Just got my C5. Where do you guys get engine work done (cam, heads, custom tune, etc) in the houston area? Thanks.

You would be well served by either MTI or Speed Demon. If MTI talk to Jayson. If SD then talk to Chris. I would go the one closest to you.

MTI has done all the work on my 02 Z06. They done the Head/Cam package on my car. I have had no problems with the car. They are a great bunch of guys.

I have had good luck with Chris at Speed Demon for my blower motor to make nice H.P.. He is a small shop but good, MTI is a big shop and is OK (I always get a better deal with Chris). Speed Demon is down the left side of your computer screen, under Tunners. OR call 281-866 7000. If he's busy he might not answer the phone!.....ZO6Bill

I have heard good things about Speed Demon,but have no experience with them.They are located close to Willowbrook Mall in NW Harris Co.I have had good experience with MTI and a good relationship with them.They are one of the most renowned shops in the country as you will see cars from all over the country when you are there.They are located about 1 block south of Westheimer off Dairy Ashford.Great group down there with Jayson Cohen(owner) including David,Lloyd,2 Chris's and others I have not met.
