Westside Chevy in Katy does ok for the minor stuff I've been there for, like oil changes and inspections. I'm in Brenham once a month or so visiting family. What part of Brenham are you in? If you see a Spiral Grey '04 cruising thru, that's me!

I was last there on Father's day weekend. That is a very nice area on the 577 loop side by Chapel Hill. I'm usually over on the west out 290 towards Giddings.

I have a 2015 ZO6 and take it to the local dealer. Laroche Chevrolet. They have performed two oil changes and do a god job of checking the Checrolet tech specs and are very careful.
Not sure they would tackle a complete engine rebuild. But for maintenance and checkups, they will do a good job.
