testees, One - Two

We decided to get our friend out of hibernation and go for a ride. Here's the cast:
Yvonne (Ohiogirl):
and Tim (Mike Mercury):
on the way outside, we passeed by another hibernating beast. I patted it on the back and gently said that it's day outside will come soon. It didn't move or moan; enjoying its protected sleep - away from the elements:
Well; here is the friend, snuggly stored in the garage:
I removed its blanket and moved it outside... where it enjoyed a nice bask in the sun as the engine roared to life:

A quick stop by the neighbors, to say hello to another old friend. "Pumpkin" is 19 years old, and she looked happy being out in this great weather:
Looks like we have the road to ourselves today. WOW; this engine sounds exceptionally sweet today. It's nice to stretch ones legs out every once -n- awhile:
DAMN !!! Traffic

we made it to our first stop to enjoy a relaxing meal:
Now, tummies full and back out on the road, my wife asked why I was turning into another restaurants parking lot? I told her I didn't mean to, but the car seemed to want to go in there.. so I just followed it's lead. It found another friend:
as the two Corvettes were exchanging pleasantries, the caretakers of this fine Magnetic Red Corvette were just leaving; and they allowed me to take a picture of them standing next to their friend. I briefly talked to the guy; he had just moved in the area and was looking for a Corvette group to hang out with. I handed him my card (that has my web sites URL on one side, and Corvette Forums URL on the other). We may be hearing from them soon.
