AWESOME RIDE!!!!!!! Congrats! By the way, that LAME response the dealer wrote back was such crap! 2 sides to every story? What ! SOMEONE at that dealer should have gotten off their a$$, like the person you FIRST SPOKE TO, and he could have headed off 85% of the lame excuses they are trying to use now. Selling dealer made a mistake? It happens-ONE phonecall fixes that. and OH NO.. you used a bad word! Oh well that removes all their responsibilities I guess. "Your Vette was mixed in with the DOZENS of other cars received that day?" Hhmmm Shouldnt there be a guy with a clipboard going 1,2,3 vettes expected, 1,2,3,4 received. I know, maybe I should go ask someone whose vette this is.

CUSTOMER SERVICE was lacking from moment 1. As the old saying goes- "YOU ONLY HAVE ONE CHANCE TO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION"

If their people were on the ball- your post could have been titled- "great experience with courtesy delivery" but THEIR ACTIONS, or INACTION, or LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE created the whole mess and to lay out a LOAD of in response makes them even worse in my book.

Dont ever go there for parts, service, or anything. They dont deserve your business. Not to say they dont treat the great majority of their customers well, and I hope they do but your business they dont deserve!

Personally, I think it stinks that the thread got locked after they got to post their final word. Their rebuttal should have been open to discussion.

I agree completely. Who runs this forum? Is it for the dealers use or for Corvette enthusiasts?
