Well the time has finally come to sell my baby. This was my first Corvette and it has been a great ride (literally and figuratively lol). I got this car back in 2002, it had 14k miles on, I am the second owner. Only reason I am selling is I am ready to move on to my next vette, either another modded C5, or modded C6.

One thing I will say upfront is that I think what sets my car apart from some of the others is that I have put money into the drive-train (see below). I see a lot high HP cars around here for sale with stock transmission and stock clutch. My car is the complete package.

2001 6 speed Torch Red Coupe
Black top
Dual powerseats
Dual climate control
Telescop Steering wheel
HUD
53,XXX miles

EngineMods
AFR 205 Heads (not milled)
Comp Cam 228/232 .588 .590 113LSA
Catch Can
Vararam Intake

( Heads/camInstall was done at HP performance in Mundelien IL , Dyno tuned by FLP in Naperville IL.)

Exhaust
B&B PRT catback
Dynatech Longtube headers – jet hot coated (hi-flow cats)

Tranny/Drivetrain (all work done by RPM in IN)
RPM Level IV Trans
Cartek single disc Clutch
(Stock flywheel)
Adjustable Master Slave
Hardened Outputshaft (left side)
390 Diff

Interior Mods
Vette Essentials center counsel cover
Vette Essentials shift boot
C6 Shift **** and B&M Ripper shifter
CLB

Stereo
Car has a great stereo, I am not an audio guy so I will try and list the basics and get more info. Work was done by Greg (pentavolo) and Dave (DPG) here on the forum

Pioneer Headunit – IPopd interface controlled at IPOD, and USB port in glove box
(2 ) 500 Watt amps (custom amp shelf looks great)
1 12 inch sub (custom built sub box, easy to connect and disconnect)
Sound deadener also installed in doors and center counsel and rear near sub
Door speakers- I forget the brand but they are 10 times better than bose

Wheels
Stock 5 thin spoke polished

BRAND NEW Parts!
I just had a brand new Rack N Pinion installed this week (the old one was starting to leak)
Brand new BFG Tires (stock sizes) are being installed next week
New TPS sensors , I figure the old ones will go any time since they are 9 years old now.

More Info
Car has been garage kept the entire time I have had it. Never seen salt or snow. It has never been tracked or road-raced street driven only. I have taken the car down to Cruise-Inn a few times. Most nice days between April-November I drive the car to work and local cruises or shows.

The interior, and paint/exterior is in average shape for an 01. No major cracks or scratches. Clean title. There is some minor scratching underneath the passenger side near the front, not visable unless you get on your knees and look underneath.

Dyno’d at 410RWHP. I think it is probably closer to 420, but I had a set of 19 inch CCW wheels on at the time, and also with the 390 Diff, I think it is showing a bit lower on the dyno.

The cam and tune in the car is very streetable. No bucking or surging at all. For the most part drives like stock. As I mentioned above, the tune was done by Dan Bills at FLP in Naperville IL. Anyone who is anyone around Northern IL knows Dan, and he is hands-down one of the best tuners. If I ever need tuning done again, I will go back to FLP.

Asking 19k. I might be open to some reasonable offers .
