To embed a YouTube video inside a post, simply put the YouTube Video ID inside a set of YT tags.
A tip in finding the YouTube Video ID is that it usually starts after the ?v= part of the URL and is everything up to any & sign.
Additionally, if you click on the Share button, it's easy to spot the YouTube video id as it's everything after the last / in the URL.
For your example, the YouTube Video ID is:
4dqr23u36DU
To embed the YouTube video:
[yt]4dqr23u36DU[/yt]
To do:

You just type them in. There's also a YouTube Video button in the WYSIWYG editor.
Remember, you need to open and close the YT tag for each video.
In your example, you forgot to close the YT tag by putting a / in the tag.
Again,:
