To embed a YouTube video inside a post, simply put the YouTube Video ID inside a set of YT tags.
A tip in finding the YouTube Video ID is that it usually starts after the ?v= part of the URL and is everything up to any & sign.
Additionally, if you click on the Share button, it's easy to spot the YouTube video id as it's everything after the last / in the URL.
For your example, the YouTube Video ID is:
Q6s_JoGQcFQ
To embed the YouTube video:
[yt]Q6s_JoGQcFQ[/yt]
