Brake kit received as advertised-Ls2s10 was able to drop them off to me. I work within driving distance of where he lives and he made the time to drop them off on Sunday evening-saving time and hassle with shipping. Good guy, brake kit in excellent shape (look almost new)

I recently had an experience with ZIP that was extremely pleasant.

The item I ordered didn't fit my '75 to my liking, so they sent another which I received within 2 days. That didn't fit either and was subsequently returned. Then ZIP issued a prompt refund. The original s/h was also refunded AND ZIP emailed postage paid UPS labels for each of the returns.

No haggling, no fuss, no problem.

For my family truckster, I needed some parts. The 2013 catalog was not available online so I called in my order. I ordered a part for the rear bumper and another part for the front bumper by describing the parts needed. When the order came in, both parts were rear-bumper parts. I'm 100% certain I described the parts properly, because I was looking at pictures when describing them. That said, at this point, without a recording of the conversation it would have been easy for them to blame me, and claim I said the wrong thing. There was none of that with Parts Taxi. A simple phone call fixed everything.

They ordered and sent me the right parts, sent a prepaid return label for the wrong parts, and all was fixed without any effort or cost on my part. Every vendor makes the occasional mistake, its how they deal with it that differentiates the bad from the good from the great. Parts Taxi handled everything perfectly.

I worked with Anna there and she was pleasant, and very easy to work with.

1/2/14 Just received my Vararam from forum member Voodoo z. Could not have asked for a better seller. I was not perpared for what Vararam turns out from the factory, and thought it had been modified. I was so unhappy. I sent Voodoo z a pm letting him know how unhappy I was, thinking the intake had been modified and I was not told prior to purchase. He called me within minutes. He assured me it was not modified and in factory original condition, and that if I was not happy with the intake that he would do whatever it took to make me happy.
