Default Keen Parts

I have been buying my parts from a large Corvette Parts Supplier (not MAM) for nearly 30 yrs. I purchase around $15k-$20k or more in parts per year. A few months ago I had a young girl pretty much hang up on me after I got frustrated with her lack of help.

I spoke face to face with the owner of the vendor in Kissimmee last moth and explained what happened. I was told that they would look into it.

Still haven't heard from them yet............

All my business now goes to Tom Keen, Keen Parts. Tom is hungry for your buisness and provides TOP NOTCH customer service. He now has 100% of my business for what he can supply. He went over and beyond for me during a mis-hap with a customer car at the Mecum Auction last month. Can't ask for anything more than that!

Thanks to Tom and his counterparts at Keen Parts!

Brett Henderson

I agree, Tom and his crew have always came up with what parts I have needed for my cars I play with. Maybe some of the other Parts suppliers should look and see if YOU WERE A CUSTOMER OF THIERS. Oh well to late now. I think if I were a Corvette parts supplier and I had some phone girl cost me a customer buying $15K or more per year in parts her AZZ would be collecting unemployment. Guess they can afford to loose that kind of $$$$$. Keep up the good work Tom and crew.

Great people. I just met up with them with my 'new' C2; they've been a tremendous help already. Tom immediately told me, upon meeting and talking for a few moments, that no questions are stupid. Gotta love that; I"ve already asked a lot of questions....

Thanks for the kind words. We do try to go above and beyond to take care of the customers (YOU!) . Anytime anyone calls us, it will be directly answered by a live person , not some computer voice telling you to push a number to get a hold of someone and then wait forever on hold. Our staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to Corvettes . If we don't know an answer to a question, we will find out and call you back within a reasonable amount of time.

Agreed, they are great. I called and placed an order based on this thread. They had one part I needed, not the other. I place the order and within an hour I had a shipping confirmation. Nice job, thanks guys.

I'll chime in again with my vote for Keens. Tom absolutely requires that when the phone rings with a customer, it gets answered within a couple of rings. Great group of folks, Tom, TJ, Kevin, Kyle, Tim, Chris, Adam, Scott, Tonya, and more behind the scenes.

I’ve been fortunate with whoever I’ve spoken with at the well known Corvette parts vendors over the years. THAT being said, I’m always shopping prices and availability.

THANKS FOR THE TIP! I will check them out for sure!

when I needed exhaust bezels for my '66 and all of the other vendors were "out of stock" I checked with Keen and they had them on the shelf. they didn't even act offended when I asked if they would actually lay hands on the parts before I ordered. I didn't want to order just to find out a day later, the parts were back ordered. thanks for great service!

I realize that this is an old thread, but I'll add a note about my satisfaction with all interactions I've had with the good folks at Keen.

Me too! They carried a rebuild kit for the J56 proportioning valve in my ‘66. Had it in a couple days. Great vendor!

Default Sorry I hadn’t heard of Keen before

All these positive remarks about Keen!

Just sorry I wasn’t aware of them earlier when spending a small fortune on parts for my 67.
