Has anyone had Dennis at Double D Mods do a dd din w/backup camera in their C5. What was the result? Satisfied? Appreciate candid answers.

Dennis provided the leather wrapped DD bezel and a Kenwood DDX9903s with front and rear camera. I am very pleased with the results.

No, He provided the bezel and the audio equipment. It is not a difficult install and Dennis will help you along the way. You would need to go to Hazel Green, Wisconsin for Dennis to install it.

He did mine last year...best investment/improvement to car yet. Great work, great fit! Can't recommend highly enough.

Dennis didn't do the install but I purchased all of the gear from him and installed myself. The customer service is fantastic. I called numerous times for silly little questions on the installation. He answered every time and didn't sound perturbed that I bugged him.

I was very happy with the result. Kenwood 7704S, amp, all speakers, and a 10" sub. I thought the backup camera would just be a novelty but it's actually pretty useful. I also like the front camera for parking curbs.

If you do it yourself-
Just remember (and the website says this) it takes quite a while to ship your bezel, have it modified, and returned to you. Mine was about a month. You can drive the car with everything installed and the bezel missing. It just looks like you have a self-stealing stereo.. be careful where you park

Dennis did my install of a double din w/backup camera last year. I had a problem with the camera later that I e-mailed him about and he sent out another camera which I swapped out and took care of the problem. Enjoyed doing business with him. Backup camera is a great thing to have.

I'm not sure how many people have purchased from Dennis at Double D Modsbut the reviews are horrible. I would like to buy from him but it sounds like the customer service and lead time is not very good. Can anyone give any recent reviews on this company or know of any other company that modifys corvette radio bezels? Thanks.

When I purchased my 03 vert a few months ago I realized right away I wanted a full sized head unit with a gps and a back up camera.
I just went to a local audio store and they knew all about it and modified my bezel in house. Wasn't cheap but had a warranty.
They did a real good job.
The point is just go to an audio store near you and see what they say.
