Feeling screwed over by quik Z06
So Pete has been promising the flared front fenders for 3 yrs now
Finally he has produced them so I assume he is going to stand by his word and ship me a set
3 years ago he asked for a set of fenders to use for mock up the deal he made with me was I provide Him a pair of front fenders in return I get a free set of front flared fenders and a deal on a set of rear flared fenders ..so I shipped him my front fenders and the waiting game starts .6 months go by with no progress .So now I have to buy a pair of fenders and have them painted .So now I am out 800 dollars by the time I buy the replacement fenders and to have them repainted.plus I am out the original fenders I shipped to Pete, but Pete still promises this is going to happen
Now we are at the 2 yrs mark still nothing from Pete so I contact him and ask what he is willing to do to make up this deal .he agrees to 200 for a set of duaflex rears .when my painter saw them he just laughed and said what a piece of crap they were which made me unhappy .he thought they were a set shipped back to Pete as rejects as the were so I’ll fitting .
This is Pete message to me
I know what I said and what the deal was/is! If you want a set of flared fronts as soon sat they are done I'll send you a set. If you want a set of rears I'd get you a deal on some (and trust me at $200 shipped) I'm losing money. You'd be getting $465 fenders for $200 which half is shipping.
So now I am out 800 plus my original fenders and a pair of rears my painter refused to work on .
So here we are yr 3 he finally gets the flared fenders out I ask him when he will ship my free pair of fronts .Pete goes on to say sorry he can no longer offer this as it’s now a different manufacturing company .he still used my fenders for mock up thou .he said he will give me a deal on a set so I ask how much .he said he will charge me half price .i asked him what my cost will be then he informs me he iwill knock off 200 of the price ..wow thanks for standing tall there Pete
So this is my rant I told him he can keep his fenders .I feel royally screwed over in this deal

Not too good, hopefully he will step up and do as he agreed.
What would Judge Judy say to this Pete?
She would tell him he needs to give the guy his updated fenders, also refund or send out some better rear fenders that the body shop can work with.

I did not! You said keep your effin fenders, then I told you "we're done" I'm not gonna sit back and let you bash me dude! Your fenders were garbage!! Did you get them for a wrecking yard? Why don't you mention the 3 years it took you to send them to me? Ha! I keep coming back because to post because you're story has soooo many holes in it. When I get to my computer, you'll see the whole story posted...trust me.
