Brief recap. Ordered a Double Din dash replacement on July 16 of 2017 Credit card charged on July 18 for 501.00. Was advised 8 weeks or Sept 18, 2017 for delivery and would be notified of Fedex shipping number. Reached out for status on Sept 30 for update. Recieved response on Oct 4 had been out of town. Would follow up in a few days. Next email was on Oct 7 heard back same day was going out that week.
Numerous requests zero response from vendor.

Several weeks ago I emailed (and attempted to call) DD about doing a bezel for me. Phone never answered and I never received either a return on my voicemail or my email, so I wrote this company off my list.

My policy is if a person and/or business is not interested enough to return my inquiry within 24-48 hours (unless they later respond with a valid reason for the delay), then I consider they aren't interested in my money.

My problem is in July they were Quick to respond as well as take my money. With the lead of 8 week delivery. I've never had to pay in full 8 weeks before a product was shipped. I even waited 9 weeks before i first checked on it. Really sucks as i wanted to do the conversion. Arguing with Credit card Company now on getting my money back.
