A big thanks to Gene at Cultrag for a great deal on my Competition Seats swap kit and great follow through. I've dealt with them before on several occasions, and happy to report my experience has been consistent. Keep up the great work Cultrag

Lots of folks have complained about Gene but I'm not sure why...I think its because they don't really know what they need or want. Gene is tops in my book.

I can tell you exactly why...because he's a first class... XXX (edited). I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally by anyone in the Corvette community and I've had Corvettes for almost 30 years now. He acted like he was doing me a favor by answering my e-mails and every one of his responses had a very rude, condescending tone(I have those messages saved should anyone wish to read them). Then after I complained about it taking almost a week to ship an item that I had paid for immediately he just abruptly cancelled my order.
I would NEVER recommend Cultrag to anyone based on my experience with Gene and all of the negative feedback about him is more than well deserved as far as I'm concerned. Just one of the worst experiences I've ever had when trying to give someone my money.

Gene at Cultrag is great. I ordered a sway bar set and shocks from Cultrag and he personally emailed me a thank you with a tracking number a few hours later. I cant think of a time I ordered car parts in the last 20 years I received service like that.
