This is so strange. Something must of happened. I ordered my corsa exhaust from them 2 years ago and they shipped it to me in 2 days. It was literally the fastest time i ever got any parts ever.

Something must of happened internally and no doubt management went sideways. I sincerely hope all that is affected get reimbursed.

not doubting at all. Just is always surprising in this day and age that good companies can be ran into the ground. I mean they did well for a good while, it’s not difficult to continue being well by following the same practices. As soon as an issue pops up, make corrective actions immediately.

KARMA! LOL

Took something like 8 months to get my FAST LSXR 102 from them. Just got it maybe July, Aug 2018, order back in Dec 2017. I finally filled a Federal Trade Commission complaint. Almost wonder if that has anything to do with this! LOL LMAO!

I received the following email today:

The Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Maryland Attorney General has filed an action against Maryland Speed, LLC, and the company’s owner, in which it is alleged they failed to fulfill consumers’ orders for auto parts. We are writing to you because, according to the company’s records, you purchased auto parts from Maryland Speed within the last 12 months. We would be grateful if you would respond to this email by answering the questions listed below.
1. Did you receive all of the parts you ordered from Maryland Speed (Y/N)?
If you received your ordered parts, you do not need to answer the remaining questions.
If you did not receive all of your ordered parts, please answer the remaining questions.

2. What parts were not delivered (please list)?
3. Did you receive a refund (Y/N)?
4. If you received a refund, was it paid by Maryland Speed or as a chargeback from your credit card company?
Thank you for your assistance. If you have any questions, please call our Chief Investigator, Christopher Waldt, at 410-576-6569.
my responses:
1. Did you receive all of the parts you ordered from Maryland Speed (Y/N)?
No I did not. After several months of being told “next week, next week”, I pinned the owner down with a “either send my parts or I’m canceling the order”. The owner cussed me out and hung up on me. I filed with my credit card company that day.

2. What parts were not delivered (please list)?
Headers for a C5 Corvette

3. Did you receive a refund (Y/N)?
Yes.

4. If you received a refund, was it paid by Maryland Speed or as a chargeback from your credit card company?
Through my credit card company. I filed a dispute the same day that the owner cussed me out and hung up on me.
F* that guy (the owner of Maryland Speed)! I hope he spends some time in jail.

They should ask how long you had to wait for your order and if you had to dispute a charge before they sent you the order.
