Corvette Mods Service???
I'm curious if anyone has had a pleasant experience with Corvette Mods???
I bought a steering wheel middle of September - it took over 2 weeks to arrive and was damaged upon arrival. I requested a return number for refund or replacement wheel. I was told new wheel would ship out from the vendor as soon as i sent defective one in. Upon receiving my wheel i was informed they don't have a replacement in stock anymore and would be almost a month wait. I kindly instructed via phone and email to return my money and i'll take mt business elsewhere. We are now going on over 3 weeks and i still do not have my refund. Last communication was a week ago where i was told accounting would get all the information that day and issue refund.
I can't believe the run around and terrible level of customer service. How is this place still in business with this level of shadiness. I'm hoping someone has good stories about them and i just ran into a bad employee or two.

Tons of negative reviews in the transaction feedback section. I've had success ordering small items from them (side markers, shift boots, etc.), but would hesitate to pull the trigger on anything expensive or especially fragile. Good luck. Hope it all works out for you.
