i’ve been chasing this vendor trying to get a response from a David Wood there. Seems SCP has forgotten the definition of a “customer”. Trying to get a status update on a missing item from a order I placed. Is it that hard to respond to a e/m? If you don’t have the answer right away, at least respond and say so! Total BS! Just read some negative posts from other forum members. Should have done that first before placing any orders with this vendor!

Thanks for the feedback! Not surprised that you didn’t hear back from this vendor either. I’m gonna give it one more shot and hoping I get a response. Zero tolerance for this BS!!!
