Blackhellcat responded to a wtb post I had for a key fob for early c5 with fccid elvatlb. He said he had one and told me a price I did not even negotiate and agreed to buy it. When the package arrived it was not the right fob and he will not respond to me but has the time to post in other threads since I contacted him. Just a fair warning to anyone out there that may want to deal with him he will rip you off and doesn’t have the decency to make it right when caught.

There should be a buyer thread to report him somewhere on this forum so other members will know. If you used paypal you can request a refund.

I did use PayPal and will request a refund if he does not own up sometimes you have to put a person on blast to get them to respond. I would rather not do this in a public forum but since he will not respond this is my only option

I had what I thought was an issue, but lucky for me no money was exchanged. He was selling some items and I said I was interested, asked for an address to mail cash (it was a $20 item). He replied with, "I take PayPal". I explained I didn't have a personal PayPal account and asked if he could send an invoice or I could send cash...… next day someone posted in the thread PayPal was sent for that part, and he acknowledged receiving it. I called him out on it and his reply was I wasn't first in line. I asked why he said he took PayPal and not that someone else was ahead of me..... no answer. Again, no harm since no money was sent but it certainly left a bad impression. Sorry you got the short end of the stick here.

Wow, dude. As I explained via PM, I told you I had a bad FOB from my 99. You did not ask me to verify any numbers on it. I'm sorry you feel slighted, but I did nothing wrong. In the future, please verify with the seller to make sure you are getting what you need. Have a great weekend.

& sometimes it is the buyer, like right now, that is in the wrong. Your buyer's remorse is strong. Send it back to me & I'll refund you once I get it just b/c I'm a nice guy.

The ad clearly states I will buy any fob in any condition if it is fccid elvatlb the fob you sent is not fccid elvatlb. You sent a fob with fccid ab00216t. The fob you sent is for a 2000 I am looking for the ones that fit 1998 and 1999.

This has nothing to do with buyers remorse. You ignored my personal messages until I posted this public post and now you act like I am in the wrong. You did not send what was clearly identified in the wtb ad.

I posted that I was looking for a fob with a particular fccid
you said you have one you will sell
i said I will buy it.
You send a fob with a different fccid
i try to contact you and get ignored
i go public
you say I have buyers remorse
I say you did not send me what I purchased

Quit acting like I am the one that is wrong here. What I bought and what you sent are not the same thing.
