I agreed to purchase a set of signature 107 with toyo tires 19x10 19x13 for $3300. The first reg flag was he didn't have paypal and had to create a new account. I sent him the money the first time, but due to his account being new the money was going to be put on hold for a few days. He proceeded to refund me the amount and asked me to send it to his wifes account. The money was sent and received 6/29/19. So far it has been 6 days without a reply from him via text no tracking number, no updates. I am posting this here so no one else goes through this. I have reached out to paypal and they are handling it. He has been active on the forum the past few days so he definitely has access to his phone
So let me understand this. You sell items on here, take a members money, than have no contact with the buyer for 6 days and never sent him the product. Then you refund his money when he bitches. Did you EVER have anything to sell to begin with as this whole thing sounds fishy. After you had payment why didn't you just ship what the buyer paid for?
He gave a reason, but it still doesn't justify the hoops I had to go through
Neither the OP nor the seller has offered any more details on this dispute, which appears resolved. Further commentary by third parties are unnecessary.
