Oracle side marker issue
Move if needs moved.
i installed a set of led side markers and one quite within 3 months. I have found out that dealing with the manufacturer for warranty is a nightmare. To do it all over again I would avoid this company totally. They started out that they can no do anything without original paperwork or pics. They would send the part. I managed to find that info since it was purchased Black Friday as an xmas present from vette lights using PayPal. Now oracle refuses to send me the light cause they want the old one to test. So they will sell me a replacement till they test mine to verify it’s bad. What a bunch of crap. I will never purchase their products ever again and I do not recommend them for anything else. I have not been able to reach vette lights for comments at this time.

Warranty is a piece is cake for us as we are a large volume Oracle dealer.

If they want to test it, it’s apparent that they do not have a lot of failures. If companies just send out replacements no questions asked, thats generally a bad sign, or their margins are so insanely great that they don’t care.

I have a set of the smoked ones from Custom Corvette Accesseries I picked up off the origninal group buy and have never had any issues. They aren't oracles, but about half the price and they work without issues.
