Anyone else having a problem with corvettemods , I received my leave in pucks 2 weeks ago , and one of them does not stay in ( fingers too close ) , I called to try and get a new puck , they sent me a email to go to a third party to request a rma , I has been over a week with no response , I called last week to find out what is going on , and was told they would put in a status request and call me back , 4 days later , still no call , so I called again today and was told same exact thing , that the would put in another request to have someone call me .
I requested to speak to a manager and was told that is not a option .
Your mistake was using Corvettemods. They have a reputation of having the worst customer service on the planet. Many threads here about how bad they are. I had one experience with them, and will never use them again.
Now that this is in the right forum, you can browse Transaction Feedback forum and find Corvette Mods. It's a blood bath. Those guys just suck and were kicked out of being one of this forums vendors. -How sad is that?- A paying vendor getting kicked out of Corvette Forums.
Thanks for moving , new member just got through car 2 weeks ago , and didn’t search before ordering . I did finally get a email stating that they are going to replace the one puck , we shall see , live and learn
