There have been several posts this month from customers expressing concern about service and communication from G3 Carbon, among them hungryhippo, Killrz, Amol, smhigh.
Internet Brands has contacted the vendor regarding these complaints. It would be useful if you and any others with pending disputes with G3 Carbon would PM me on the status of your issues with the vendor.

Some of the customers recently reporting issues are turning out to be past customers. Their names are being removed from this post as I hear from them in an effort to narrow the list to those with current pending disputes.
