Default Redline goods leather

Hey CF,

I recently purchased a center console lid cover from redline goods, and I was really satisfied with the piece. I wasn’t sure what to expect, so I wanted to start small before I went all out and bought an entire new interior. The leather was thick, supple, and seems to be made of great quality leather. Upon receiving it, I test fitted it over my existing console lid and everything lined up nicely. I also received it within a reasonable timeframe considering the international shipment. In fact, I actually reached out to them via Facebook messenger while I was waiting for my package to arrive and they responded within 1 business day. In my humble opinion I think that’s all I could have asked for from Redline. The install and final fit was all on me. So in conclusion, I’m looking forward to purchasing some future pieces from them.

My final product was not perfect, but again that’s nothing against redline. This was the first time I had ever done any sort of upholstery work, and I think it came out nicely. I know it may not be for some, but I enjoy trying and learning new things. My little tip for anyone who is planning on doing this themselves is to use a brush on style adhesive instead of the aerosol stuff.

*The cashmere one is the oem junk.

Your one of the lucky ones as you see my posts about them a few down from your post, I threw my stuff out and went with another vendor that seems more reputable. They have zero customer service, emails, PM’s phone calls nothing but crickets.

I replied to your last message this morning, please check your inbox - as I wrote, for some reason I did not receive any of the messages you sent earlier. Looks like it was more of a misunderstanding than a mistake but even though thjere was no mistake on our side we're willing to redo the door pull handle cover for you the way you expedcted it to be from the beginning.

Please respond to my message and let's finalize this soon.

Take care

Jack

I am writing this to give credit to where credit is due, for some reason or another my PM’s and emails were not received by RedlineGoods and once Jack responded to my negative reviews on the forum here and we communicated thru PM’s finally able to reach each other, Jack did make it right and offered to replace my door pull cover that I feel was assembled reverse of my order/expectations.

Jack only asked that I pay shipping which was cheap and reasonable in my opinion, he sent me an email link so that I could reorder my door pull cover of which I did this morning. I am glad that Jack handled this like he did and I in return should say so here on the forum about his customer service, with that being said I will do business with Jack and RedlineGoods in the future.

Thank you Jack.
