Be careful with these guys! I ordered clear side marker lights as they said they would ship immediately. A week later, no follow up, I send them an e-mail to ask whats going on as I had not seen a shipping confirmation e-mail. They then come back with a story on how they decided to ship the clears with the smoked and its going to be 2 weeks or so more before they receive them and then they will ship out. So this would be ALMOST 4 WEEKS from the time I ordered to my door as one week went buy with no explanation. NO FOLLOW UP or customer service. If you have ordered these I'd be concerned if you will ever receive them at all! Good Luck!
after I posted on facebook about how they were not following up they deleted my post and THEN posted about the delay. Unbelievable, they are very shady! Be careful!

There are several complaints similar to yours on the BBB website.....you may want to add yours. Presuming you made the purchase on a CC & they have already charged your account, you should notify the CC company of a dispute & have them reverse the charge. If not yet charged, you should go back to their site & cancel the order. I personally have no patience with lack of customer service from vendors, regardless of how badly you may want the product. There are always other vendors.

I looked at the BBB and only found 3 cases in 15 years.

^^^^^^That is what I saw when I researched vendors for the smoked side-lights. I decided to go with another vendor. To be fair, I did see where they made good for another forum member. Don’t know if the visibility impacted their decision/actions though...

I'll answer you as well as the original poster directly over this.

We offered a pretty amazing price for them that has since had to be changed due to factory requests and other factors. At no point did we refuse service and politely explained the situation.
While we don't need to reveal the private emails sent to this customer asking for his patience and good will, our explanation for the delay is legitimate and while unfortunate is unavoidable.
