Ordered an item from RPI on April 11. Not a "painted" part. Now June 11. 60 days. No product. No response to emails or phone calls. Absolutely no excuse for such customer service.

File a dispute, and post updates. I've had a bad experience in the past with them, but they give sob stories on here to deflect from their less than stellar customer service. I personally will never order from them.

I too ordered some items from them in July, have attempted multiple times to contact them without any response. I have disputed the purchase with my card company and would advise everyone to stay away.
