Has anyone ever dealt with their customer service? An Indian man answers the phone, named Peter and he couldn't do anything about anything. He says I have to go to the web site and send an e-mail with my issues and hangs up. I bought some courtesy logo door light that project on the ground. I paid over 50 dollars after shipping and taxes. It took almost 2 weeks to receive because of back order. I received the items and to my surprise they are huge. My kid had toys with projectors on them that are smaller and they can get wet. These logo projectors take 3 AAA batteries and are over 2 1/2 inches squared and 7/8 inch thick. They come with a magnetic pickup but there is no room for such a large unit on my door panel. So I figure being this big they should be bright enough for sure. I put brand new batteries in the first one and it was dim and flickering and unless the projector is at least foot and a half of the ground the projection is too small anyways. So I tried to put batteries in the second unit to see if it was at least brighter and to my surprise again, the unit was missing the battery lead and didn't work at all. So now they are saying I may get store credit minus restocking fees and shipping for boot leg units that don't work and are not meant to be on a Corvette. This is my first and last time dealing with these criminals.
They claim I got the right part even though it is damaged/not complete(Bootleg) and offered a store credit minus shipping and I pay for the return shipping as well. I may go on vacation some day, I have relatives in Galveston, TX. I would like to find these thieves and have a nice talk with Peter from CorvetteMods if he even live in Texas.
