RPI Order Issue

Ordered splash guards from RPI on 11/16 order number 268648 and got a confirmation email with order info and additional email stating that the parts are on back order from GM and there is not ETA. If I would be willing to wait ?

I responded on 11/17 stating no I would like to cancel the order.
no response
sent another email on 11/18
no response
sent another email on 11/22
no response
sent another email on 11/24
heard a fart in the wind but no response from RPI.

One issue I see on the RPI order it shows the transaction ID is PayPal (14K90551YX811120Y)

My PayPal transaction as per my account activities is (85J78821SR074483J)

I would love to show them this but no one from RPI is communicating.

RPIDON thank you for helping me resolve this issue.

I want to purchase an item from RPI but rather scared of starting another transaction due to the way this went.

I was looking fro purchase the smoked tail light parts for a C8
