Ordered a poly bushing kit and a lower ball joint for my C4 on 12/09/20. Bushing kit arrived in a timely manner but lower ball joint showed being shipped but no-show. Finally yesterday (2/02/21) the ball joint arrived. Sourced one locally so thought I could return it.
Wrong!
Even though the packing list says I have until January 9 to return the part the return form says parts delivered over 40 days are not returnable.
I may be through with those guys!

You might want to message them and explain the situation. They can look up the shipment tracking history to verify your story and, perhaps, make an exception.

I've looked, no where to send a message. The phone number that comes up on Google is not for customer service. Do you have a contact number or email?
