Not sure how long this has been going on. But Texas was a terrible frozen wasteland last week. Might want to give a couple of days. Houston had no power for much of the week along with allot of busted pipes.

Better question what the hell do you think the moderators or admin can do to retrieve your money? You should be contacting your bank or CC first and do a chargeback before anything else.

There is also the Help or Feedback section of the forum, probably can post there BUT PayPal or Banks or Credit Card company may help best...

This is the For Sale or WTB section so many may be looking for parts here, if we all posted our queries or concerns the section would eventually become off topic & difficult to navigate for Parts, good luck

I would give them a bit more "benefit of doubt"... We do a lot of business with a Fort Worth Machine shop and he was overdue on our parts long before the storm. He had promised to get our parts out to us in a week... unfortunately that week happened to be the week the storm arrived... It is what it is.

You may want to do some research on the shop you made your purchases through. If they are known for good service... then I would rest assured there is a good reason why their service is slacking at the moment. If they are anything like we are, We want nothing more than to get the customer their products ASAP... but unfortunately life does not always work into our favor.

Good Luck with your order... SPEED SAFE, NICK

Default II kind of like

To see sellers that I would rather avoid and or buyers? before I buy or sell I usually tap on profiles and read previous posts, to see if ??? I think from what I read this is something that has been going on since November ??? I might be wrong but the thread between the 2 is November . I think a couple inches of snow have nothing to do with the issue

Apparently hes got time to do some shopping for coil overs in the FS section

I don't see that he is a vendor here based on his profile info.

I haven't seen anything in regards to this so I am not sure who you attempted to contact in terms of Mods or Admins. We usually respond to PMs or emails fairly quickly.

Have you posted a dispute thread laying out the facts of the case?

Do you have any copies of emails/Pms from him regarding the parts? Link to the thread where he was selling the items?

If we are going to help you we need some stuff to work with. I can't just PM him and say you owe this guy money or new parts.

I would just like some assistance in persuading this user for a refund and it has been going on for a month . It would not be that hard to just email or message me and say “ hey got our message I will be getting with you soon” ! But nothing . And as far as moderators are concerned they should atleat message him and maybe have him banned or something idk what they do to help with these issues but I know there has to be some one who can help
