Happy Monday! I guess title says it all, I have left 4 voicemails and an email without a response. I'm guessing they don't respond? I ordered a painted part and while the packaging is wonderful the quality control is atrocious, I'm guessing I'm stuck with wall art at this point.

oh crap I’m sorry this happened to you. Your not the first nor the last. Call your CC company like the rest of us have and file a dispute. How they stay in business is beyond me!! Good luck I feel your frustration!! CF do something!! Buyer Beware of RPI DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I guess I've never had to file a dispute on something I received, its just been an instance or two on something that got 'lost'. I'll call them tomorrow, but how up-hill of a battle am I likely starting trying?
Weird, wonder if RPI watches the forums because suddenly I get an email asking for pictures. Not sure how I'm supposed to get good pictures of a flat black part that is so large, but I guess its a start. Would have maybe expected an apology, explanation, etc. but maybe I'm setting that bar too high.
It only takes a minute to place a call and respond to a customer inquiry and even less for an email. The company should not be patronized due to their poor performance for CF members...
And this complaint is just one of many. If everyone participated they would get in line quickly...
Glad to hear the company responded one day after your thread posting. Ill close the thread then as all we are getting otherwise are third party comments, some bashing the site.
