Default Willcox Nightmare

Trying to state only the facts here. But this is a story of my nightmare with Wilcox trying to get my part order filled. All I can say is watch out for these guys.
I had been a several time repeat customer with Willcox throughout the years.

May 7th, ordered some brake line and fuel line parts and several other parts online. 294$

I logged into their system on my customer ID and viewed the order.

Watched it every few days thinking that I would get the parts in about a week.

2 weeks later, May 21st, no change. I called them, spoke to rep on phone.. I asked him about my order. He admitted he had not got to it yet and was running 4-6 weeks behind. He said he would process it immediately.

2 more weeks later, June 7th an entire month has gone by. My project is still waiting on parts. No change. I call him up again.. It has now been a month. He admitted he had not got to it yet and claimed running behind in orders.
I said I still get 7 emails a week from him on his weekend special sales solicitations ( like so many of us do) and see many posts from willcox on the forum here, so he is doing very well in soliciting more business but can’t seem to process any incoming orders.

He said he would get to it right away. I told him no, that’s what he promised 2 weeks earlier, an entire month was unreasonable, and to please cancel my order and refund my credit card.

We both agreed. I was going to leave it at that but he never cancelled the order, or refunded my credit card. I was done talking to him. I sent him an email 2 days later reminding him to cancel the order. Got the standard ‘thanks for your question’ reply but never any other reply.

2 more days later I emailed him again stating that I was starting a dispute with my credit card to get the refund. Again a standard server reply but no personal reply ever.

Waiting on hold with visa to file a transaction dispute, telling my story, getting a form letter from Visa to fill out, put a stamp on, and send back to them. Several emails back and forth to Visa. Tracking the status of my dispute. Wasting hours of my life.. all to get my money back.

So after almost 2 months I finally today got a letter from VISA stating my money is refunded.

I will never buy from Willcox again. If you order from them, it will just go into a black hole, and they will keep your money. All you get is false promises and ignoring your communications.
