Default Willcox Orders

Has anyone had problems recently reaching Willcox to find out about a parts order? I've tried numerous emails and phone calls for the past week and had no luck.

Ive never called them but their website frustrates the hell out of me. There have been multiple times I have had items in their cart and get frustrated trying to check out. After every page on their checkout you have to press "update cart" but it is not very noticeable. I dont think I have every actually successfully purchased anything because I get frustrated and go somewhere else. They seem to have good stuff and I just wish someone would come in and fix their website and checkout, its ridiculous.

FYI I know they are a huge vendor on here so I'm not looking to start a bashing thread or cause any drama by any means.

I didnt say anything bad about them, in fact I did say they had lots of good stuff. It was more constructive criticism as a consumer in an efficient world. If someones website is not streamlined and easy to use Ill go somewhere else. Im sure others have as well and I can only imagine the thousands of dollars they have probably lost in sales.

I do like how they have the schematics and I use those regularly. Too bad they are not hyperlinked so that when you look at the schematic and touch a part it would take you to it in their sales catalog. That would be amazing.

I think I was typing my response while you were typing yours. You hit SUBMIT REPLY while I was still typing. I didn't take your response as that.
