Thought I would share my recent experience with Eckler's. Now before I begin I understand that we are in different times with global shortages, supply chain is issues and of course COVID. Now with that said my issue comes down to customer service/communication. I have attached a picture of my most recent attempt to contact them on an rather expensive order ($600.00) that I placed about a month ago for which they took the money for so it has been paid in full. After several weeks of no information on a ship date or tracking number I tried contacting them via the phone. Well no one ever answered as long as I stayed on hold sometimes for over an hour. The message kept saying that I could email their customer service department for which I have done several times with no response. Yesterday I decided to try again and call them while I was at my office and I left the phone on speaker while I worked at my desk to see how long I would be on hold listening to their message on how they have world class services and products and how important my call is to them. Well after 3 hours I had enough since I was getting some strange looks from the people that report to me coming in my office for assistance and hearing that I was still on hold. Now with that all said as I stated earlier I am aware of the issues and believe I am a reasonable man but not to have the common courtesy and basic customer service to pick up the phone, return an email or provide information on your account on their web page is not "World Class Customer Service" less I remind you they had no problem taking my money. I wonder if I would be put on hold if I were calling to place an order? I think not! What has happened with Eckler's they used to be a good company to work with that seemed to put customer service on a higher pedestal.

I have seen more complaints like yours posted here, and after seeing these I rather shop someplace that cares for customers.
In it's day Ecklers was one of the best parts store for Corvettes, but that decades ago in the 80s and 90s, and now they would be my last place to buy anything along with Corvette Mods.
Yes I have used them all with good experience. The only thing that got me to order from Eckler's was a family member got me a gift card with them and I didn't want to waste their money. I have advised them not to do that with them ever again
