disappointing vendor transactiion
I must say first that this forum is killer. Have always thought very highly of it and never let me down.
I do have one bad experience. Recently I purchased a tach board from Willcox. I did so because I've had good experiences with them in the past and I think their tech articles ,found here, are the best ones available for all Corvette enthusiasts.
I had a reputable dash restoration company tell me the new board was bad. Gentleman at Willcox wasn't convinced it was bad and at first didn't want me to return for a new one or a refund. after a discussion he finally said, OK send it back. I have not heard back from them since. They wont return emails or calls. It's been a couple of months.
58.00 isn't gonna break either of us. I just felt like I had to tell my story, perhaps there was a misunderstanding on their part.
