On August 23rd, 2021, I ordered these brake pads from Cultrag, I had a good experience with these pads when I bought my C6 15 years ago and wanted to replace with the same pads: GM 88909667 Front, 88909668 Rear.
Cultrag sent me these pads instead: 19428072 Rear, 19428071 Front.
The front pads were sent used/damaged, see the picture below. The rear pads were new, but not what I ordered.
Attempts to rectify the sale were met with Cultrag's well documented arrogance and disrespect, they refused to offer a refund.
It would be easier to walk away, but I will fight this with every legal tool I available.
An update: I disputed this charge with the credit card company and got a full refund.

That's a bummer. I ordered spark plug wires from them and received a used set for a completely different vehicle. I sent them back. This was through their Amazon site. I wanted to order coolant hoses from them and their responses to questions were not very customer centric, so I pieced all the hoses together through Rock Auto, Amazon and Advance.

And they deserve every punch in the face!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whatever they used to be is the past, My experience is they SUCK. Thery don't answer the phone don't return calls only return Emails and then its days or weeks of back and forth with no satisfaction. They wait for you to give up and go away, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came here due to reviews on corvetteforum.com and Gene was beyond rude on the phone. I called around 9 and left a VM politely asking for an estimate for Z06 rear quarter panels. I decided to call back an hour and half later and asked for Gene and was greeted with "You must be the guy that's been calling all morning". I said well I called once and left a voicemail, to which he replied "Well what do you want, we are busy". I debated leaving this review, but I really didn't appreciate the obnoxious behavior.
