Default Zip Corvette review

Hello,
Does anyone have any feedback on using Zip Corvette products? i have an order pending for over 1.5 months with them now for international shipping. Thes sales people cannot help get it out the door - still waiting and very frustrating. I have talked to the manager and still no luck.

I have always had the best luck and most professional treatment with Paragon . . if they have the part I would go with them.

ZIP is first class. If you order something that is not inventoried and direct shipped from the manufacturer, interior soft goods for instance, they are at the mercy of the manufacturer. Supply issues are hurting everyone presently. If you need it now, call every supplier to see if they have the item in hand, not just shown in stock on their inventory computer listing.

Zip ships faster to me than any of the other vendors by far. I usually receive the order in 2 or 3 days from order date.

Default ZIP Review

I have been dealing with ZIP Products for over 11 years. During this time I have ordered parts, had repairs, both relatively complex as well as simple, and have NEVER experienced one instance where their customer service and repair and restoration skills were anything but outstanding.

At one instance I had a C-2 towed and they stayed at the business over an hour after closing so the car could be stored inside.

Returns have been handled cheerfully with no question . .

I feel very fortunate that I live in an area close to ZIP and look forward to many more years as a customer.
