bad experience with tko performance
Back in November I ordered a z06 front bumper for the base model from tko performance. I waited nearly 2 months and sent them an email on the status.
After 2 months of waiting I was told "will look into it" Another week goes by I send another email on the status was told "still looking into it"
Another week goes by and I send another email do you have an update? was told they are having problems with the manufacturer. Since they could not resolve their manufacturing issues I ask for my order to be cancelled and refunded. Another week goes by I ask whats the status of my refund? Crickets! no reply. I have now filed a dispute thru my CC

whats up with these guys are they not a member on this forum? I already received my bumper from another company took them less than 2 weeks
and these guys wont even refund me! They are ignoring my emails and voice messages

I also ordered the same bumper from them in Nov of last year and just checked on the status. This is for a client's car. Did you receive a refund and what was the other company that you actually received the bumper from?
