Anyone have an opinion about dealing with Tracy Corvette? Bought an item from them over 2 weeks ago and can't get an email update or reply. Finally called and got a wait another week response from them. Not trying to badmouth (Dennis) but not trying to make excuses for them either.

They are getting shady!
If they dont show an actual picture of the actual part, I would avoid them.
I bought an L88 Radiator and what showed up was a larger big block, then he wanted to argue, and insult me, wanted me to send him measurements, etc., said he would talk to his manufacturer, when I thought I was getting NOS stock. I got my money refunded.

For small items like the exhaust hanger hardware from a 92-96 car I have had excellent customer service with them in the last 18 months. Very helpful and shipped fast. Once through eBay, once directly through their business telephone line. Not sure who I dealt with there but my experience was perfect. Sorry to hear about bad service from them as I have recommended them numerous times to people seeking parts. Tracy Corvette and Mirrock, as well as mid America Motorsports, Corvette central have all been great to me.

I bought a used part from them not long ago and was disappointed in the condition. He contacted me, agreed and said he would refund. Took a little time but it got done.
