So I ordered a part from Jegs online. It said it was in stock. Then a day later I get an email saying we are sorry but the part is back ordered until next month. I dont want to wait a month so I went online to cancel and there is no way to cancel online. You have to call them so I did. I waited 20 minutes and their music kept saying, “were sorry but we have a longer than normal wait time.” And “great customer service is just around the corner.”
Any company that wont let you cancel a part and kind of holds your order and money hostage will never get my business again.
There is a place to post about supplier's on here. None the less. Jeggs lost me for selling me one thing and advertising another. Another words, showing photos of a high quality/ finish part, and selling me a very rough part with VERY poor quality finish. Not Good enough.
Sort of like the photos McDonald's puts out about there burgers. Have you ever gotten a burger like the one in their photos?
But with car parts this becomes much more serious!
