i placed an order last week, it is on "processing" since then.
I have E Mailed them, and tried to call their sales department, only to be told
no one is available, and it hangs up. No ability to leave a message. No place to cancel the order.
Their 'home page' displays a 'Technical Issues' and requesting no
New Orders' be placed. Doesn't explain your issue but .....In the past they've been thought to be one of the 'better' Vendors.
something is up, I cant even get someone on the phone to cancel my order.
i8 must have missed the note not to submit. my bad. but, they don't answer the phone, you cant leave a message, and they do not return e mails.
I called on Monday and they answered. Also said the internet has been down. They looked up my order number and said it would go out that same day. It did and I just received it.
Thanks for the info on this. I, too, created an order (about 12 days ago) with zero response via email and calling via phone results in an automated message that stated: "no one is available to take your call".
While I understand switching ISPs can be an issue, tethering a relatively fast cellular phone (or hotspot device) to a local area network can be done in minutes to save their business.
Not looking any better this week. Website is disabled, they are not responding to email or picking up the phone. I hope all is well with Wilcox, but after 30 days of nothing, I think it’s time to call my credit card company.

Wow, all I can say is i spoke to them finally on 5/5/22 and they shipped my order and I received it on 5/7/22
I hope all is ok, the person I spoke to sounded sincere and apologized for all the problems.
Finally received an email this morning indicating that I should receive my order in 3-5 business days. I was holding out on calling my credit card company in hopes Wilcox pulled through. I’ll keep you all posted if/when it comes in and if the items meet my expectations.
My shipment came in today. Parts were as expected and the quality appears top notch. The parts shipped from Auto Accessories of America / Topflight which from what I read is not uncommon for Wilcox to do.
The information we have as of today is that Wilcox is temporarily suspending their supporting vendor status at Covetteforum because of illness in the family. With no new orders going in, perhaps that will allow them to catch up on any back-logged orders. Goodspeed on a full recovery for the family at Wilcox.
