Good experience with RPI.
Long story short, an order I placed last week was cancelled by RPI due to a communications snafu.
Order was re-entered earlier this week.
RPIDON became aware of it. At his request, I’m PM’d him my order number yesterday.
Don took care of it and got the order out today. Scheduled for delivery to So Florida on Monday.
Looking forward to placing my next order with them.
