I am calling Apsis out and would like a response. You OWE me $1060 plus $100 cash for carbon fiber stone guards that I purchsed from you at Corvettes at Carlisle. As you know, these did not fit my car properly and I was not going to cut up my side skirts to make them fit as you suggested. I returned them to you in perfect condition over a week ago and I am still waiting for my REFUND. I spoke to you and your wife 3 times and was told I would be refunded immediately and sent a $100 check for the cash I paid. I'm still waiting.and now have notified the credit card company..Give me my REFUND!

They can be hard to deal with. When I had my C6, I ordered armrest pads in what was supposed to be OEM color-matching Cashmere colored leather. When I got them, the color was not even close. I sent them pics via email and called and was told I'd have to pay return shipping in order to get a refund. He (Jersey) would not budge. And then they slow walked the refund. Premium prices backed by less than stellar product (in my case) and customer service. Never again.

Good luck. Might be time to call the credit card company.

We had mailed you refund check $100 for cash you paid and the rest by Square to your credit card.

just wait for the mail to arrive and funds to go to your credit card. Square takes couple days to process the refund request.

I called the credit card today and they said it now shows a credit. However, it takes a few days to process the amount. So that was finally good news.I was able to close the dispute.
I am just waiting for the $100 check to arrive. Thank you for doing the right thing Apsis but sorry to say I will never deal with you again.
