Discount tire
I visited a discount tire store in Mason City iowa today to have new wheels put on my 07. Dropped it off went to lunch and got a text 35 minutes later it was done. Picked it up and left. Was my typical discount tire experience over the years with various vehicles, super smooth. I got home and looked at the receipt/work order. I estimate there were probably 8 to 10 guys working today in the shop. On the work order it specifically stated the names of the only 2 guys able to work on my car. It was obviously the most experienced ones and it's a great feeling that the guy helping me (assuming it was the manager) knew enough about getting these cars off the ground that he knew it's not a job for just anyone. Kudos to discount tire for putting thought into the task at hand. It was much appreciated and just adds to the reasons I visit your stores. I could have done this slightly cheaper and local to me instead of driving 45 minutes to get it done, but there are many reasons why I don't.

Just purchased Michelin Pilot Sport AS 4 from Discount Tire...after shopping around they not only had the best price, they assured me the car would be lifted correctly and the "A" team would do the job.
Made the appointment and and they worked me in before the appointment time and was in and out in about an hour and a half. A great experience and big thank you to the team at Discount Tire on Philips Highway in Jacksonville, Fl.

I agree with all the above favorable comments. We have used Discount Tire for all of our vehicles for 10-12 years now and have always been pleased with their pricing and their service!

Discount Tires is a national company I’ve used in Chicago, Florida and Oregon for the same purchase for balancing. I can tell you their road hazard and maintenance agreements are worth it.

Discount Tire has ALWAYS treated their customers well in my experience.
For years, they've treated my family, friends, and myself like family instead of customers.
They'll ALWAYS have my business AND they're just 2 miles from my house here in Cedar Falls, this location opened several years ago.
It's good to know other locations do an outstanding job too!
