I ordered the adams clay mitt and detail spray to remove water spots.
the mitt did not remove the water spots but the detail spray sorts glossed them over. Water spots were not removed.
I was told that the water spots were to old for the mitt and detail spray to remove.
I contacted them and was told I did not buy the product from them and go deal with whomever I bought it from.
I did in fact buy it from them. Below is the proof;
I recieved a notice that my new bottle of detail spray was on the way. I had hit a button asking me if I wanted to subscribe. Apparently what it really ment was I would get a bottle every month.
I am going to try again with them tomorrow to return the glove and additional bottle of spray.
I guess I should have asked how old the water spots should be so the products would work?

For the water spots, you may want to try diluted vinegar in a spray bottle...I dilute about 1:2, and it works for me...
Try in an inconspicuous area first, and YMMV
That would be 1 vinegar to two waters…maybe I should have said 2:1???

Just trying to help, once you resolve the water spots that are existing it might be wise to install a water softener on your house supply to prevent this from happening again. My daughter lives not that far from you and adding a softener has helped immensely.

Adam's is a stand up company so not sure what happened there. They have a 110% satisfaction policy and if you bought it from a dealer they would still stand behind it. I have been using their product since 2005 and I have used others when in need quickly and by far Adam's is the best. You should call them directly or email them and I am sure this will be resolved.

my only complaint with adams is the spray bottles could be better. Customer service has always been great.
