Default Cicio Performance and RSC

I ordered some RSC GT side skirts from Cicio Performance. Upon unwrapping them to ceramic coat before installing on the car, I noticed an imperfection in the surface finish on one of the side skirts. After close inspection, it turns out that it is actually cracked. Even more, it is cracked in the same exact spot on both side skirts. I was told by Cicio that RSC does not want to take responsibility for this manufacturing defect. Cicio was somewhat responsive at first, but have since gone to ignoring text messages. I asked that we had a resolution to replace these side skirts within a week of notifying them. To clarify, this was to come up with a plan, not actually have replacement parts within that timeframe. Since this ask, the messages have gone unanswered and I did clearly inform Cicio that I would have no choice to file a fraud report with the credit card, but would prefer to resolve this without involving any other parties.

Disappointingly, it is now with the credit card fraud department and the dispute will drag out the process of finishing the vehicle customizations.

I will post updates as they happen.

Cicio and I finally connected after some miscommunication. They offered a couple different alternatives. We settled on the carbon being repair.

RSC was of no help.
