I dont know if any of you have had probelms with RPI but here is mine. I ordered engine cover and fuel rail covers from them was told twice turn around time is 5 weeks to your door, it was a simple all white with red corvette on the fuel rail cover, nothing fancy. so i waited 7 weeks and filled out a form on there web site. got a reply will check with paint shop on the ETA and let you know. waited 2 days still no return email. sent them 2 emails still no reply on when will my covers arrive. p[aid $780 for the job. now iam in limbo, it will be the last time i order from them
I have not ordered from them is some time now, but on both my C5 and C6 the products were excellent. It does seem that they are taking longer and longer to get products prepped, painted and shipped now then back in by C5 days. I do remember contacting them on my C6 and they told me that they only painted when they had enough orders. They did not paint one order and the stop painting until the next order.
I had a similar problem. They told me the parts were in stock and would ship “Friday”. Three weeks later, multiple unanswered emails and they finally said the parts are on terminal back order so I got the money back. Back order is understandable. Lying is not.

you typically only have 60 days to dispute the charge with your credit card company. Not a wise idea to let that time expire.
I ordered the custom CF black emblems on 3/26. I got an email response checking status last week that they would get an ETA from the paint shop. No repsonse so I just told them if I don't have them by next Friday, I will file a claim with my CC.

mine was ordered on 3-15 arrived yesterday they are sharp but they sure have poor customer service

For the record, I ordered these because I wanted the best looking emblems so spending $180 wasn't a big deal. I would still like to get them but at 6 weeks and counting, it's getting ridiculous.

These are shipping tomorrow as updated by our paint shop. Thanks for your patience.. we will share the tracking number as well.
if they would up date there customer service so each order past 5 weeks you would know where you stand would be help full in my case they never answered my requwst as i asked them. thats what upset me. but when i got my order i was in awe it was quality work

Then, 2 weeks later they said it was back-ordered and not sure when it would ship. So, the issue for me wasn't the delay, it was the lies. Right here he did the same thing - saying it was delivered on May 9 when it was actually wont ship before tomorrow.

RPIDon, I wouldn't say anything here that I didn't already say to your team directly. And, I did that. Ordered and paid on 4/13/2022. Order Number is: 407051. I was told it would ship on 4/18. Then when nothing happened by 4/28, I canceled and got a refund. So, I exaggerated the time frame a bit - poor memory from a year ago - sorry about that. It was a little over 2 weeks total. Would not have been an issue if we were told up front you didn't have the parts. But, you said they were shipping, which implies they are in stock. And, shipping dates mattered, not because I was in a rush, but because we were taking a trip and didn't want a package showing up while we were gone for 12 days. Good communication is priority 1.

Generally the painted items take longer (atleast 4 weeks) to ship out. Sorry for the miscommunication from our end, we should have communicated clearly to you about the lead time. Extremely sorry again.
