Here's my first post after my four-month battle, probably the worst transaction with any company in my 45 years in this field. I agreed to a replacement due to the damaged item. I just wanted good parts, parts that I could use. I never got them, but I did get four different sales representatives telling me that I would. And, I never did. Let's start here:

It took me four months to receive a refund after they continually delayed simply exchanging this steering box for a decent one and it was my bank that got me the refund, Top Flight Automotive did everything that they could to do nothing.
From my dealings with them I can say they are very disorganized and very pricey. I had some issues and it took more work than it should have to get resolved. I'd hesitate ordering from them again unless I absolutely had too.
Upon investigating what happened with your order/refund, we found that two items were sent back, one of them being the steering box in question. We issued two prepaid UPS shipping labels and return instructions, since each item was required to be sent to separate locations. The prepaid UPS shipping labels were placed on the wrong boxes, causing each item to get sent to the wrong locations, causing a delay. We’ve since resolved the shipment issues, we went ahead and paid the additional shipping costs to have the items shipped to the correct locations. Both items are now on their way to the correct locations and once they arrive, we will issue the refund expeditiously.
The other items that we issued prepaid UPS labels for upon your request, were received on 4/24/2024 and refunded on 4/29/2024. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us (833) 486-7354.

I think you need to address this as it seems to be the cause of the problem. Clearly your sales reps don't know what they are doing by rayvaflav statement bolded above. The above is just an excuse for your crappy business practice. You are blaming the customer for your crappy business. I guess that typical today. Nobody accepts the fault and just finds excuses to blame others. It used to be "the customer is always right" but these days the customer doesn't matter anymore.
