I own a 72 small block. In July I purchased a Champion radiator after their web ordering system confirmed it fit my car. I delayed instead installing brakes all around plus just too hot in Phoenix. Last week I opened the box and the radiator had no coolant inflow tube or radiator cap. Called a tech support at Ecklers who called Champion which said it was for a 427 not even for a Corvette. The web page is still wrong. Ironically all the recommended additional parts are wrong too. Ecklers refused to accept return because over 90 days since purchase. Fair warning. Don’t rely on Ecklers advice or customer service.

There is a special section on this forum to report issues with vendors.
You may wish to post there.
and had you read through that special section of the forum, you would have never ordered from Ecklers.

Ahem..........you opened the box the first time since receiving it over 3 months later. This link should help you with your next parts order. And, FWIW, a 90 day return policy is pretty damn outstanding.

Reason: Optometrist ad?
After saying absolutely no on the phone Ecklers sent me a return authorization via email. They did the right thing and have faith in Ecklers again. Satisfied 15 year customer. Not sure it helped but I did say I would share my story on C3Firum.
