Heard from Topflight recently?
I got some gift cards for Christmas, and used them to buy things about a week later. I haven’t even gotten an order confirmation for this order.
I’ve sent an email to their service@Topflight email about two weeks ago and haven’t gotten a response. Sent the same email directly to their “contact us” tab on their website about a week ago. No response.
Has anyone been having similar problems? I have parts that I’ve been waiting on for over three months now. I’m sure they’re just on back order, but it would be nice to get some more information, especially considering how much money I’ve given them in the past.
That was 10 days ago, and I’ve heard nothing since. Nor have I received any of the items from my previous orders, some of which say are in stock on Topflight’s website.
I have a few hundred dollars left in gift certificates, which I will spend, but afterwards I don’t plan on giving them much more business. I understand part shortages and supply issues, but the lack of communication is ridiculous.
I was told that three of the items that I’m missing were already delivered to me, in May, August, and September of last year. Keep in mind these are items I ordered in November.
You can’t make this up.
