Default Corvette Mike New England feedback

The following is my review of Corvette Mike New England.

I had left a review not long ago regarding a clutch being replaced on my C6, when I left there, the engine light was on, and I was told to drive it for a week and if it was still on, they would fix it. My review is just below this one. In my previous review, I explained how I was treated and turned away with no resolution to the problem. I finally brought the car to a reputable Chevy dealer and the mechanic told me that the man who fixed the clutch, removed the master cylinder to the brakes to get at it and did it incorrectly, which caused the O-Ring to snap and got sucked into the system and that’s why the engine light was on.

I contacted Corvette Mike today and spoke to Jason and explained that the problem was indeed their mechanic and asked him to have Mike call me. I was expecting Mike to call me and hopefully we could come to an agreement where he would reimburse me the money that I paid to the Chevy dealer and we could call things even. Mike returned my call about a half hour later, when I answered the phone I asked him how he was doing… He said, “not very well” Then began berating me for the review that I left previous to this. He had no interest whatsoever in hearing my story, reimbursing the money I paid to the Chevy dealer, no interest in how I was treated and turned away, and continued screaming at me, then hung up in my face!

I called back and tried to settle things with Mike, I tried to get him to let me get a word in edgewise, and told him if he would just be a gentleman and reimburse me for the charges from the Chevy dealer. I’d be happy to remove my negative review.. He just continued screaming and telling me, “I wasn’t a man, but a woman” The screaming continued with him calling me a C&NT!!! I’m dead serious!!! I can understand someone having a bad day, but this is absolutely outrageous, and beyond unacceptable!!! I’ve never in my life encountered treatment like this

I paid them close to $900 to fix a clutch, and then a reputable Chevy dealer almost $600 to fix their mistake. I have to eat both of those charges, but one thing is for sure…. Being screamed at over the phone and having someone call you these names is absolutely deplorable!!!

Default Corvette Mike New England

The Post by Mr Desimone was against me and my staff was a total misreprisiontaion of what happened. He had a Corvette towed in that was dead and not running and he claimed he needed a clutch slave cylinder which was done and the car drove just fine when he picked it up.The next day he called about a check engine light that came on which had nothing to do with the job that was done by us when we told him that he became very upset and totally out of control and was asked to leave the building. about 2 or 3 days later Mr Desimone call the dealership screaming that if he didnt receive $500.00 dollars he was gonna go to every place in the Corvette community and slander the hell out me! when I refused to pay his response was quote "do you realize that my name ends in a vowel? either pay me the $500 dollars or im going to have your knee caps broken"
at that time his wife was screaming at him that he cant say that to me.
That happened five times threating me with you don"t know who I am and im gonna have your knee caps broken and im gonna have your back broken at the same time...
after his fifth called I had to call my local police and the sheriff's department. the Police department had contacted Mr. Desimone and told him that his threating phone's have to stop and if he calls me one more time they will take further action.I have a police report from the police and the Plymouth County sheriff's department I also have phone records showing the 5 threating phone calls.Mr Desimone is not a very nice person and went overboard threating me. I enjoy a very good reputation for over 35 years and its a shame that one person wants to try to ruin it with lies and to threaten harm.
