Anybody else having a problem ordering from them today? I’m trying to take advantage of the 15% Black Friday sale that ends today and my order isn’t going through.

Just. placed my order at CC. Web site timed me out several times and the response was very slow. I was able to complete my order, but it may get worse as the deadline approaches.

What I was getting is an error message when I went to check out, trying to review the 19 items in the cart. I was logged on under my account and was able to shop and load the cart. I will call them this morning and go from there.

Not sure who hosts CC's web services, but they need to scale their service model for higher traffic events.

I also thought it may have been a traffic problem or a server glitch, so I logged out and then went back, the number of items in the cart was correct but trying to proceed to the checkout I got the error message/screen. I even went back later in the day and same thing happened.

I've had similar things happen with online ordering... I'd discard all cookies related to CC and restart your browser. (Take a screenshot of the cart items in case the cart is cleared with the cookies.)

Just ordered yesterday via internet. I tried on Black friday too long to wait for any one to answer. My order was confirmed E mail plus looked in my bank acct money was taken ,,,,,,,BTW I did check the box letting them know it's for Christmas......

I got my order today after a bit of a panic... I had two UPS packages due today including my CC order, only the non CC, $20 package, was delivered by a contracted driver.
But, two hours after filing a claim, the CC $1300 order was actually delivered!
I bought '67 Bright Blue door panels and door **** set. The colors look good enough for my non NCRS car.
